I am so thankful to have had you as my mom. I was always loved and cared for. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. Now I have children and grandchildren of my own, I aspire to be as good in these roles as you were. Watching as dementia robbed you of your sparkling personality, we held onto what remained. We sang together until the end and I cherish the video I have of us singing “You are my sunshine”. I speak on behalf of the whole family. You were “Simply the Best”. Love you Mom
